Dark and Forboding

This was the color of the sky a few weeks ago in Fargo. Tornado sirens went off numerous times as "wall clouds" were quite visible. Luckily it passed over very quickly and wasn't much to speak of. The eery part is that it was breezy all day long and the previous 45 minutes before the storm it turned very still, not an ounce of wind.

It can make a person feel quite insignificant to watch those storm clouds roll overhead. I'm glad you didn't have any damage! (I wonder what the clouds looked like in that storm during our Frontenac camping trip last summer?)
